When we arrived the pool was dirty, the place is still under renovation, which is good but you should be made aware so you can make the decision if you want the inconvenience. No outside bar or food. Would not stay there again. We stayed there in the past and was pleased, not this time. Pictures they show are false advertisement.

It’s a good “budget friendly” place. If you’re looking for something resort like, this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for somewhere decent to sleep at night this will definitely work! Great location, small but comfortable and clean rooms. Very easy check in/check out process.

This place is a collection of various buildings. Although named as a hotel, we were in a motel section of the place. The picture of the place is a bit misleading. Also, the name of the hotel implies a beach location. The beach was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. They are undergoing renovations, but the place we were in had already been completed, so no issue there. Everything was new and clean. The staff was friendly. This place is a bit far from the main strip (about a 1 hr walk) so we had to Uber quite a bit (you might want to factor that in when considering a room price). There is a water taxi stop nearby, but those prices have increased significantly since we last came. All in all a good place to stay, given the price was much cheaper than hotels closer to 'core' strip (around Las Olas). There are some good restaurants close to the hotel.

We were not notified of the renovation, so we were surprised when we checked in. I have stayed at your hotel three other times and enjoyed the pool, bar, and restaurant on those trips. I was very much looking forward to that on this trip, so very disappointed those amenities were not available to me. Love the convenience of being able to eat, drink and swim all at the hotel. Had to go other places, so very inconvenient!

We chose this hotel because it was a good price so my expectations were not inflated. The property met my expectations for more than adequate cleanliness. The parking was safe, well lit, and convenient although 19$/night.. The restaurant was closed due to renovation but there are plenty of nearby options. The room was basic but updated. The kitchen feature was nice although we did not use it. Be aware that there is a 200$ deposit for the mini bar and room cleaning! The bed was adequate but not a great mattress. The pillow quality was poor. For a bargain it was worth it but not if you’re looking for comfort.

Was not aware hotel restaurant under construction, although place across the street pretty decent. Pool not open 7 pm one evening, although they said it was open until 830 pm. Could not lock front or back windows to the unit which was on ground floor.

We were not notified that the property is under construction. The restaurant and bar are also under construction, so they're closed! The junk piled up all around the back makes for a crappy view. Definitely not worth the money.

The location is perfect. The bathroom door would not close and would stick. No shelves in the shower or in the bathroom for our things. I was surprised about the cost to park our rental car. Parking cost everywhere and even at the hotel.

Honestly the rooms look nice at least the premium suites with kitchen, but the floors as soon as we walked in were so dirty our feet got black at the bottom. The sink in my bathroom Was clogged so we couldn’t use it. The restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel is in complete renovation. They charge $4 for a simple coke like I already paid for my stay and I didn’t even get the restaurant and bar that I was expecting and you’re out here charging me so much money for whatever you have left to offer?! Never coming back to this place. And also, that lobby is a disgrace.

Room was large chairs uncomfortable bed very good shower ok adjoining room door very thin aloud me to hear couple going at it, very annoyed with that aspect. Only half of hotel open for business restaurant not open EVER. Ill never stay here again. They need to close finish reno and open properly.

Overpriced. So many other options thy were priced better but the pics online fooled me. There was construction everywhere. They need to disclose this prior to booking. This made my stay a really indescribable experience.

Newly remodeled and very nice in the rooms. They provided ground floor rooms for us since my elderly mother can’t climb stairs. I didn’t have any response to my request via Expedia for this but when I checked in they had rooms available on the ground floor and were very accommodating.

This place is absolutely disgusting! The sheets are old, stained, and do not get changed by the staff even after they allegedly clean the room. The pool is weirdly located out front and is so small that only a few children could fit in it. This is nothing more than a glorified Motel 6. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Although my room was not in the main hotel and I was put in the outer buildings, I was really impressed with how modern the room was. Everything was clean, and the bus stop across the street was extremely helpful for getting around on the rainy days. Even going down to Las Olas was extremely easy. Everyone was nice and helpful, they held my baggage for me when I checked out since my flight got delayed. There is also a CVS across the street which made it convenient to grab waters and snacks. Yes there is construction going on which is annoying, however from where my room was on the outside I didn’t even hear anything.

The location was nice... close to grocery store, shops and fairly close to beach. The restaurant and Tiki Bar were not open, due to renovation. We were there for 4 nights, not once was our room cleaned, or fresh towrls given. The water was luke warm, at best. The kitchen area was nice. It was ok for the price.

Property is really nice, well the rooms are, I love the balcony. Parking is really tight and there aren’t enough spaces due to construction. You literally have to wait for a parking if it’s full.. smh.. that shouldn’t happen if you PAID for a spot, we had to wait 10 mins for a spot once and then 13 mins the next time which can be really frustrating especially if you paid for a parking spot. The bed was great, the fridge wasn’t cold enough, it barely cooled the drinks and food. Oh the rooms are pretty much soundproof which is a SUPER GREAT PLUS!!! 😊
