This magnificent designed modern coastal home was built with the finest architectural details and materials. 85 ft of waterfront on 120ft. wide canal, just minutes from the intercostal and blocks away from the prestigious member only Fort Lauderdale Yacht Club.

The open living areas boast natural light filled room, designed for entertaining with a full bar in the living room overlooking unobstructed water view through the sliding glass doors. A short drive or bike ride to downtown where you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shopping. Walkable and bikeable to local attractions. Just 15 minutes from the beach! Wonderful Holiday Stay

My husband and I rented this property for just under 2 months for the holiday season. Immediately upon rental of the property they contacted me to see if we had needs they could assist us with prior to our check in. The property is clean, modern and located in a beautiful neighborhood convenient for boating enthusiasts such as ourselves. The communication of this property's management is top notch and we would definitely stay here again. Wonderful time.
