This beautiful, meticulously kept home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The home has an open-floor concept with great views into the backyard where you will find a custom-shaped pool, as well as plenty of space to make an oasis of your own. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home features \*Pool (not heated) \*Beautiful outdoor space \*BBQ \*Free high-speed WIFI \*Workspace \*Coffee station \*Free parking for two vehicles \*1.5 mile from the beach Hosts are available from 09:00 - 22:00 via your booking platform. This home is set in a prime location in South Florida. Great shops, restaurants and easy access to freeways. It is only 1 mile from Deerfield beach, rated as one of the nation's cleanest and most environmentally safe beaches. The Cove Plaza is nearby with many conveniences including gourmet grocery stores, a wide range of dining options, shops, salons, and more. The entire house This is a 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom single-story house of 1546 sq ft of under A/C living space, private and fenced backyard. The kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped - large sink, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and all the other small appliances, utensils, and cookware you will need. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, with large shower. It also includes a large closet with organizers. In addition, there is also a desk suitable to work from home as well. The other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and closets with organizers. A second bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, vanity, and toilet is located in the hallway. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are all open plans. The dining area seats 6\. The living room has a smart TV, comfortable sofa and reclining chair The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer as well as room for ironing Sheets are high quality and mattresses are new comfortable and well protected with mattress encasement, and waterproof mattress protectors. The private backyard has a lawn area for your pets or kids to enjoy. The backyard has seating, a dining area and lounge area and a gas grill. Expect landscape and maintenance workers to arrive once a week. Walking your dog is fantastic in this neighborhood; the sidewalks are wide and shaded beautifully by mature trees, there are a number of dog-friendly restaurants and a dog park nearby. We recommend that you have a car or use Uber. Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and security deposit. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The $500 refundable deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. The place was perfect for us. They provided us one height chair and pack n play which made traveling just that much easier. The house has everything you’ll need. It’s clean -actually nicer than the pictures even. & the pool was beautiful and was safe for the kids. They provided pool floats and pretty much all you’ll need for the beach (beside a cooler) The only 2 issues we had was the master shower randomly had a really foul smell coming from the drain that maintenance came out for once, and the second time we just followed what he did the first time and clean out with fabulouso. The second issue was that there is only one tv in the house and it was kind of slow responding which stunk when we wanted to watch a movie at night it would jump around and not respond correctly. Other wise property was 10/10\. More room to park more than two cars. Negative: difficult check in. Did not have the information sent to PMI pre-checkin and security. Forced to send picture of my credit card, even though the security deposit was charged prior to check-in. Did not get door code till after 4pm. Microwave did not work. Main shower did not drain well.
