There were only a few issues: #1 The pool was dirty. I was looking forward to being in the Florida sun, enjoying both the beaches and pool. My friend ended up cleaning the pool upon arrival and made it somewhat decent enough for swimming. I called the owner ab this and he informed me that the pool would be cleaned the next day. This was odd since he also informed me that guest stayed the night before my arrival. It should have been cleaned prior to. #2 The condo didn't include cookware and standard amenities like paper towels. I again called the owner and was informed that those items weren’t included. Of course, purchasing paper towels, tissue, cups, etc. is no issue, I just wish we knew that prior to our arrival and we would have bought them. Overall, nice place. ##### Audia B. Property was mostly clean on arrival, pool needed cleaning but there was a telescope pole outside. A good amount of utensils in the kitchen and a nice fridge with ice machine. Beds were all very comfortable. Four bathrooms and three showers made getting ready to go out very easy. Television on the first floor with access to Netflix and Hulu. Overall a wonderful property was so nice to relax by the pool.
