Strictly enforced by the city. We risk losing our vacation rental license if found to not be in compliance of the following:
-Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
-Guests are required to present an ID prior to receiving access codes.
-No on-street parking/ 3 car maximum
-Absolutely no so smoking inside
-No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy
-Each guest gets a personalized lock code that expires at the time of check-out ensuring the safety of our guests and properties
-The door automatically locks behind you each time you exit so you never have to wonder if the home has been secured
-Free early check-in and late check-out (based on availability)
-Guests are responsible for presenting an ID/ photo just like a hotel. There is no exception to this rule.

-It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence

This vacation home was perfect for our girls’ trip! The pool is so nice. The neighborhood was wonderful for walks. The beach is not far. The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Definitely recommend and would love to return.

We want to thank Noelle for responding and answering all our questions.The house is very close to  shopping, restaurants, etc.The pool area with the plants, grill, table & chairs was a great place to hang out. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We will come back for the next trip to Florida. Thank you for a wonderful "home" for the family during the holidays

Our entire stay was complete satisfaction!!! The Home was fresh and furnished comfortably! The pool area was beautiful and a joy to sit by day or evening! This was a great property! The house was very clean and supplied basic amenities and had everything for a pool or beach day. The host(s) were quick to respond and very accommodating! The surrounding area has every store you need, lots of restaurants nearby, and the beach is within 10-15 min drive. The house itself had 3 rooms (king bed was a plus), tv in the living room, and the outdoor space made the trip. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house, great pool, fantastic location. The house has everything you might need for a Wilton Manors vacation in the Sun. The house, pool and yard are beautifully maintained in a quiet residential neighborhood, with groceries, restaurants and nightlife all within walking distance. This well-maintained home offers a perfectly peaceful and calming sanctuary for anyone looking for true relaxation.

The Zen Den was the perfect escape for our family of five. We left the cold of the Northeast and came to southern Florida to enjoy the warm weather. From the second we entered our VRBO rental, Tom & Noelle created a serene atmosphere for our family to enjoy. The pool was always heated and a big hit for our three young kids. The house was stocked with towels, beach chairs and all the kitchen supplies you would need. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We often drove five minutes to get to the beach and found parking and ease of entering/exiting the beach super easy. Finally, all communication and logistics with Noelle and Tom were so smooth and easy. I encourage anyone considering this area to rent this home.

Noel and Tom were amazing hostess we had a party of eight ladies stay in this home comfortably. The House was beautiful it looks just like the pictures online I would definitely recommend staying here it was close to the airport close to downtown Fort Lauderdale we had an amazing five days.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. Our hosts, Tom and Noelle, were super-responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend staying here again. The home was clean and spacious, the rooms were nice sizes, and the backyard layout and landscaping exceeded our expectations. The pool area was great for lounging and our dog enjoyed the grassy area. The yard was well fenced in and we didn’t have to worry about our 14 lb dog from escaping. The neighborhood was very nice, close to many essentials and great for walking the dog.

What a wonderful home! Comfortable and conveniently located in Fort Lauderdale. We were 10-15 mins from Las Olas beach and Lauderdale by the Sea. The hosts were available and easy to communicate with. The beds were comfy and the pool was perfect. Lots of nearby shopping and eating. We are already considering a repeat visit for next year!
