When you can get up in the morning, drink coffee and take a swim, you know you are in a great place. The property was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Lauderdale for a National Championship Taekwondo Tournament for my daughter. We had family from the west coast and grandparents. The house was perfect. It was clean, well appointed, and convenient, centrally located for our needs. Daryll was very accommodating and helpful. The pool in the backyard was great. It was like our own private oasis. The entire family swam together for the first time ever! Hopefully we qualify for Nationals next year. We will come back here for sure. Pros: clean, updated, good location, responsive owner. Cons: not enough towels, pool was not heated, no beach attire. My main issue was that property is located directly from a high school. There are 10-15 kids literally 10 feet from main Bedroom window (on the private property) are waiting for a school bus at 7 am Monday- Friday : screaming, yelling, playing games, throwing stones.
