NO place is closer to the beach than this completely remodeled, one bedroom, GROUND floor unit at The Sandpiper on the Broadwalk on Hollywood Beach! Includes one bedroom with a king bed & private half bath. This condo is in a boutique, two story building. The main bath includes a walk- in shower with all the linens provided. This unit sleeps up to four when including the sofa/bed in livingroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker. Premium coffee is provided and uses a Keürig combo coffee maker for singles or makes a full 12 cups at one time. Located directly on the legendary Hollywood Broadwalk on the Atlantic ocean-"It's like staying in your very own, first class beach cabana!" We also would have preferred the ability to lower the AC temp more at night, but we know that’s just a personal preference. Other than that we loved the place and the location. We took an Uber to the condo and didn’t have to Uber again until going back to the airport. It was very clean. We appreciated the use of beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. This location is great. You walk out the door and you are on the beach. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment close. For being so close to everything, we were pleasantly surprised how the noise was not an issue when going to bed. Every morning the sunrise is right outside your window. The owner is very quick to respond and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Jenny K. The pictures don’t do this property justice. First off the owner Jeff responded so quick any time I had a question. Everything was so clean and tidy. Awesome keurig along with creamer and plenty of sugar and sweetners etc. which was so nice. Loved the fact the property has chairs for the beach. Both bigger chairs and lower chairs. Along with very nice beach towels and kids stuff for the beach. What a great thing to have! I would recommend this property to anyone and I cannot wait to stay here again! I mean step out your door onto the boardwalk and into the sand. Don’t even have to bring a cooler if you don’t want because your door is that close for drink, food and bathroom and come right back to the beach. Highly recommended for the location, communication by owner, cleanliness and the outside common area is the best as well. ##### Bridget B. My husband and our son stayed here from May 29th-June 3rd 2024\. We were so pleased with this property. This property sits directly in front of the ocean for a spectacular view. The property offers a common area with a balcony with the ocean view as well which we utilized and enjoyed our breakfast outside one morning during our stay. I am very picky about where our family stays when it comes to cleanliness. I had seen the great reviews for cleanliness on this property before our stay and it was the main reason for our booking here. Upon arrival we quickly realized the reviews were true. The place was extremely clean and I had no complaints. Comfortable bed and clean, comfy bedding. All the amenities you could need. Fully stocked kitchen and even beach items to use while we were there like beach chairs and sand buckets and a canopy and so on. The home was easy to enter upon arrival and the convenience of the location of the property was perfect. Restaurants right down the broadwalk. The owner of the property was easily reached and responded to questions right away. We had the best experience and will be visiting again. Great vacation thanks to this property for meeting all our needs so we could enjoy and relax while away from home. ##### Misty S. Owner really thought about everything you can possibly need and made it accessible. The apartment came fully equipped with boogie boards, beach towels, mats, cooler, coffee and so many more. I felt right at home in this place and the communication was great.
