We stayed at this property from March 19th to 24th for our spring break trip, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived—even though it was very late at night—the check-in process was smooth, simple, and completely stress-free.The place itself was absolutely amazing. We were a group of eight, and it accommodated all of us comfortably while still feeling spacious and welcoming. It was the perfect setting for a memorable trip with friends, and we truly had one of the best experiences we could have asked for.Everything about our stay from the ease of arrival to the overall comfort and atmosphere made this a standout experience. We’re already planning to return next year, which says everything. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

NOT worth the cost!

I will never rent anything in a Hyde property again. The price of the unit we'd rented was way too much when you deal with the amount of hassle caused by Hyde! To start with the VRBO listing should be very clear that there is no other option than valet parking. The valet staff was rude and not much help since we'd never been to this establishment before. Then at check in the staff was hard to understand due to the broken English spoken. He also gave little to no information about the property. I was surprised that a credit card was required since I was told that everything was already included in the price charged by VRBO. Then after retuning to our car to unload everything, I asked a valet for a luggage cart only to find out I had to wait in line at the check out desk again, because they require your ID be left to receive a luggage cart and your ID retuned once the cart is retuned. Once we had the cart loaded and headed for the elevators only to find out that there were only 4. This in no where enough for a building with 43 floors and over 400 units, which means we had to wait 20 - 30 minutes for an elevator. Once on the elevator we were not told that the room key was required to be scanned first in order to choose the floor needed. After riding the elevator up past our floor did we figure this out but then had to ride it to several other floors before coming back down to the 9th floor. Waiting for the elevator usually was 20 - 40 minutes each time we needed it. On the 3rd day the wait was much longer because of the number of people checking in or out that the Hyde staff were ridding the elevators controlling which floors the cars stopped at. That day we were attempting to leave the building and had to wait almost an hour for an elevator car to stop on our floor that wasn't completely full of people already, during that time we could hear the cars going past our floor several times without stopping at all. After that we tried to take the stairs which was possible going down if you could get the door to the stairs open, and that was only by slamming a shoulder into it since it was stuck closed. We attempted to use the stairs to when we returned but the stair well door in the lobby was locked. Once we finally got someone to unlock it and climbed the stair to the 9th floor but we were unable to pull the door open and had to go back to the lobby to wait for the elevator. This is only part of the issues but the number of words allowed is to limited
