PETS OK! This beautiful home is perfect for families or groups of up to 7 guests. It has 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & is just a short walk to the beach (5-8min walk). The open-concept living area has a fully equipped kitchen & a large dining room table that converts into a pool & ping pong table. The bedrooms include king beds, a full-over-full bunkbed w/ twin trundle, sleeper sofa & a rollaway twin cot. Other amenities include a hammock, propane grill, washer/dryer, cable, FAST Wi-Fi. This home is a duplex (side-by-side), so there may be guests renting the other home during your stay. You also have the option to rent both units if your group would like to do so. If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. No parking on the grass under any circumstance or the vehicle will be towed and vehicle power will be responsible for the fines. Driveway Size: Shared driveway. Fit 3 cars on the West side. // 80ft wide 20ft long If same day booking, host must be given a valid government ID for verification purposes prior to entry.
