Stunning model home decor furnished townhouse with an inviting, bright, and spacious interior! Built in 2016 this vacation residence has many wonderful amenities you and your guests will thoroughly enjoy! A luxuriously styled space with upscale furnishings, multiple decked out balconies with seating and a first floor outdoor patio and yard with lounging area. ON-SITE POOL, spa & fitness room INCLUDED. The stunning beachside resort pool, hot tub and gym are available for fee (see notes in amenities).
This property is new on the vacation market and everything is in pristine condition just waiting to be enjoyed and appreciated. The townhome has an exclusive larger yard than others in complex as it is a end unit closest to Ocean blvd and the pool!

On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, a desk, and en-suite bathroom with a large shower. Sliding glass doors open to a patio with seating great for a picnic.
On the second floor you will find the kitchen and family room/entertainment set up with a half bath. A balcony off the living area opens the space up to the outdoors. The large kitchen showcases Italian cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, seating for four at the breakfast bar and all the necessary items for entertaining. The formal dining area accommodates 8 with a comfortable wrap around bench.
On the third floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, king-size bed, a balcony, and a lavish master bath with twin vanities and a tub & shower. The second bright white and blue bedroom al has a queen size bed and a ensuite bathroom with a tub shared with another bedroom. The third bedroom also has a queen bedroom. The washer and dryer are located on this floor.

Please note for added security to for you, your guests and property there is a ring camera at back entrance door and at garage.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Pool key Fob and garage door remote is left in box on front entry table. Loss of will incur a fine. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed & locked.
All dishes & kitchen items used please wash or put in the dishwasher (then turned on). Refrigerators should be cleaned out from whatever you put in and any food in the kitchen brought in removed.
Leave beds unmade (not stripped). Please replace all beach items, pool items & cleaning supplies to where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A fabulous month's stay! Wished we booked for two!

Cannot say enough about how great our month was here! The photo's were exactly what we found! The unit is large with loads of room; very comfortable, very clean and very well stocked. Steps away from the pool, hot tub, sauna and gym and literally across the street from the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, coolers, etc. Golf course is a mile away as is the Pompano Beach Pier. Many restaurant choices close by! We stayed for the month of February and wished we had booked it for March as well ! Grace was a super host! Great info. and very responsive!

Look no further if you are planning to stay in the Pompano Beach area. Grace has thought of everything to make your stay pleasant. This space is just as shown and was very accommodating for me and my wife, our 9 year old daughter, 16 year old son and his girlfriend who accompanied us. We look forward to booking again.

Wonderful property!! One of the best VRBO properties I’ve stayed in!

Beautiful townhouse. Well equipped.

We very much enjoyed this rental. Very near beautiful beaches, exercise room pool and sauna, great for walking and running outdoors. The rooms and facilities were modern and well equipped. The downstairs bedroom was a little warm but the ceiling fan solved that. The host was very responsive to a few questions and easy to deal with.

The whole family had fun!

This property was perfect for our spring break. The house was clean and felt like a home away from home. There were games and puzzles to keep our family busy during a few rainy periods throughout our stay. The proximity to the beach and on site pool were amazing -- only a few steps away! There was something for all family members at this property. We traveled with our teenage boys, but the house could easily be child friendly. Grace, the host, was incredibly accommodating. Answering questions before our booking, sending information after our booking, and keeping us updated during our stay. She was always quick to respond and very understanding when our flight home was delayed due to unprecedented flooding at the airport. (Fortunately the property was unaffected.)
