OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8
-Oversized leather sleeper sofa with a large TV.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top-of-the-line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (5)
Las Brisas has 5 large bedrooms with king-size beds, all with Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and premium air mattresses provided upon request
- Premium air mattress available upon request for a $25 delivery charge.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days before arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter set of dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All six (6) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: This house boasts a 512 sq ft heated pool for a $15 per day service charge. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: Bins are in the alley behind the house. We ask that you place all garbage in those bins and the City will pick it up twice a week. If the city leaves the bins in the middle of the alley, kindly relocate them by the gate.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: In the circular driveway in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please do not park on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets under 30 lbs. are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Everything we needed

We wanted a house with 4 beds and a pool, close to the beaches and this one delivered wonderfully. It's tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet 2 quick turns and youre on the causeway to Dania Beach and all the restaurants. The pool is huge and was cleaned twice during our stay, The house was clean and well maintained, all in all it was a great week

Great Place for a Family Vacation

Overall the rental was great! The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved how there was ample outdoor seating for us to all have our own space while relaxing by the pool.

Two family fun

Plenty of space for two families and we enjoyed the ample sunlight at the pool. Great location with a park, groceries, Starbucks, the beach and so much more within a close distance. Host had towels for the pool which was great because we didn’t need to bring them. Also there were beach chairs and we left a boogie board for the next guest. Overall great time in FL

Great price and location

This place was lovely. The pool was amazing and the house very spacious. Loved the outdoor overhang/picnic table area. I give it 5 stars as it had all the major things we needed, and the walking distance to walmart, publix, the next door park (which has a splash pad and playground and volleyball net) but it did lack some of the basics (im talking like most places have salt and pepper and this place had none). My sister lives very close so we ended up borrowing a lot from her. Pros definitely outweigh the cons though!

Beautiful and comfortable Home

I appreciate the owners' generosity in hosting us during a difficult time. Renting this house allowed my family and clients to evacuate the hurricane zone. Very nice, had all we needed.

There were 5 adult women in town to attend the Miami Open. The location was convenient for us to attend the Open, local restaurants and shopping. Short distance to the beach. The house was very clean, nice bed linens and plenty of nice towels. The kitchen was well supplied. The host was prompt to reply. Would stay there again.

Family vacation

The house and pool are very clean. The location was closed to the beach. The outside patio needs to be powered wash and needs more lighting. The pool is adjacent to a busy alley. Over all, we enjoyed the location and the neighboor was pleasant.

Family get-away

This 5 bedroom home accommodated our family nicely. There was room for everyone. The pool was great! My complaints would be that there were minimal supplies. We didn’t have a pan to cook anything in the oven, not even a pizza pan. There were no cleaning supplies and the vacuum didn’t work. Overall things were good we just felt it could have been better stocked.

a great house but the garden is not well maintained, there is a leak under the sink. the floor of the house was very clean, but the bathrooms had mold between the tiles and there was a lot of dust on the blinds and behind the beds, the kitchen had a lot of grease on the entire countertop. the pool's light was burnt out. pool cleaning was excellent crystal clear water.

Wonderful family memory

My husband and I were at the house for 10 days and our children and grandchildren joined us for 7 of those days. When we were all there, there were 8 of us and it was wonderful to have 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house was very clean when we arrived and was supplied with most of the basic household things you need.Our biggest frustration was with the tvs and internet. The tv in the common area had cable but the tvs in the bedrooms only had streaming service capabilities. The internet went out constantly when we were all there; the current system cannot handle multiple people with multiple devices as well as the bedroom tvs that are internet based.We truly enjoyed the pool and patio area with large table and 10 chairs. It was nice to eat outside and we also used the area to play cards and board games. The property is close to grocery stores, etc. we found the area easy to navigate. The ocean is also just a very short drive. We enjoyed the beach and the Broadwalk.We would definitely recommend this property and would consider staying there again in the future.

Filthy patio bricks

Pros: - Accommodations on arrival were clean and pool was clean, beds were very comfortable. Cons: - The patio bricks were filthy, looked like mold. All of us got hundreds of sand flea bites despite bug repellent, very itchy and irritated. There was an infestation of them in the bricks. - No shampoo or shower soap in any of the bathrooms, just liquid soap at the sink. - No hot water in kitchen faucet. - Ice maker in refrigerator not working. - Fire extinguisher in kitchen was out of date. - Initial communication when we reached Florida was not answered at all - email or phone call. - 2 patio loungers were broken. - Seen 3 cockroaches in kitchen and dead rat by patio fence.
