The property was nice. However there were no TVs in the bedrooms.Only 2 pans to cook with, small pans. There were a couple of pest in the kitchen. Iykyk. There was a leak in the kitchen coming from the floor. I will say other than that the pool was very nice and the apartment was nice.

Parking was easy and the location was nice. The pool was beautiful. However it wasn’t the cleanest. The pull out bed had multiple stains, the towels had rips and stains, there was a lot of dust and my son was playing with his cars on the floor and ended up being cut on his knee by pieces of glass that were not cleaned up.

It was an apartment complex. The picture showed a second story unit but it was not. It was clean but that was it. A nice coffee and tea selection without a coffee pot…. What’s the point of paying for a unit with a full kitchen when you can’t even make coffee. A small TV that wouldn’t turn on. Old vertical blondes that didn’t function 100%….. I was very surprised that the bathroom had a used shampoo, conditioner and body wash. For a minute I thought I was in China! There were no personal touches or charm. Honesty, the place was depressing.

I had a great time during my stay! The place was very clean, felt super safe, and I really enjoyed having access to the kitchen, it made my trip so much easier. Definitely planning to stay here again next time :)

room was on 3rd floor when listing stated 1st floor. Advised Kasa personnel and was only given directions to 3rd floor apt. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 people for 4 nights. Apt was clean and had adequate kitchen facilities. Pool was very nice.

Chekcing in was hectic finding the building number because they did not specify that the building numbers are different from the address numbers, but other than that, i had a good stay. Clean property and easy commute.

I read lots of reviews on this place before booking and took the bad reviews with a grain of salt because everyone has different standards. However, Ionce there I found the bad reviews to be accurate. The shower doesn't drain well so you stand in your own water, the unit was not very clean even after we had to wait an additional 2 hours to get in due to it being "cleaned". There was one towel in the kitchen and the bedding was a little dirty. Very few plates or cooking pans. The sliding door was open and we were on the first floor and the window was open as well so it was 80 degrees in the unit with the air turned off when we arrived. It took a while to cool the unit off. The bed was uncomfy and any time you move on the bed it creaks very loud so it's hard to sleep unless you sleep absolutely still. Overall it gave us shelter and we were able to bake some food in the oven. They were very communicative when we were delayed for check in due to their cleaning and did give us a gift card to use to eat while we waited, but since the reason for a 2hr delay was to clean our unit, it should have actually been clean. The floors were dirty as well as the walls and bathroom shower and floors.

I like the layout and space of the apt overall. It was stocked with enough utencils and kitchen items. There was a heavy garbage smell at the enterance of the apt. Maybe there is something that can be done to remedy that issue. There also weren't enough bathroom towels. Maybe install blackout curtians. Other than those items we had a noce stay and the apt was fine. Thank You.
