Fort Lauderdale Beach is minutes away. The house is well-appointed with all the amenities you need to make your stay a first-class experience. It is nestled among tropical landscaping and includes a private fenced-in backyard with an outdoor patio and gas grill. It also features a comfortable covered front porch where you can sit, relax and watch the sunset with the soothing sounds of cascading water from a fountain and wind chimes. Inside features a fully equipped kitchen with an island with stools, a dining table area, and an open floor plan looking into the living room area with a large sectional sofa and chaise lounge chair. This house is designed to comfortably accommodate four (4) persons. You may include one additional guest, but understand there is no traditional bedding for a 5th guest. A 5th guest could sleep on the sectional sofa or sleep on an air mattress (provided). For this reason, this may work best for a younger guest and/or smaller framed person. The house is bright and airy with large picture windows in every room. There is a large 50' screen HD LED TV in the main living area and wireless internet that can be accessed inside and outside. There is also a BluRay CD/DVD Disc player including hook-ups available to connect your computer to utilize Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or any other movie or game applications to which you subscribe. Each bedroom features its own HD TV. Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed while Bedroom #2 has two twin beds that can be joined to create a king-size bed should you prefer. All beds include designer pillow-topped mattresses with fresh, clean high-thread-count linens. The beds and pillows are also allergy and bed bug/dust mite-proofed. Both bedrooms feature blackout blinds and window curtains perfect for an afternoon nap or sleeping-in late in the morning. The home has a covered parking port as well as room for an additional two vehicles. Small pet(s) are welcome and because the backyard is fenced, your pet(s) can enjoy being outdoors unleashed. This home is designed with your comfort in mind. Wake up and use the kitchen for a casual, lazy morning with coffee/tea while you prepare yourselves a home-cooked breakfast. Then, you may decide to head out by foot to enjoy the cafes, clubs, bars, and quaint & unique shops during the day and/or evening or decide to hit the beach (approximately two miles away) and spend your day lounging by the Atlantic Ocean listening and swimming to waves crashing along the world-famous & gorgeous Ft. Lauderdale beach. Once you've had enough, you can come back to the house to take a nap. You may decide to stay in for an evening of barbeque dinner out on the private backyard patio, or cozy up on the sofa under the comfort of a throw and watch a movie, read and/or head out to enjoy South Florida's active nightlife. This home is located so close to everything you need; there is really no need for a car. There is a full-size grocery store, drug store, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, a variety of restaurants, frozen yogurt and ice cream shops, and a variety of other establishments to easily purchase anything you need & keep you entertained all in short walking distance. No need to pack heavy as the home includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer located just off the kitchen area. If you need beach chairs and umbrellas, they can be made available to you as well. The decor inside as well as the decor outside is amazing and flawless. The area is wonderful! You can walk to restaurants and cafes’s. If you need or have any questions, the owner Steve is so nice and 100% reachable. My family and I HIGHLY recommend this vacation gem. We will be staying here the next time we come visit. Not simply are the beds comfortable, the kitchen is way past average in being nicely equipped, right down to the plastic containers for left overs to the laundry machines just two steps through a door from the kitchen. Steve made our stay as easy as possible, and went beyond what a landlord should do to make sure we were comfortable. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything that one would need for a long stay. The property is gorgeous with a wonderful backyard full of palm trees and beautiful shrubs. There are even beach chairs that were very useful. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of a Publix grocery store and a CVS pharmacy, as well as a large number of cafes, restaurants and bars. The house is located on a quiet street. Steve, our wonderful host, was extremely responsive with any query that we had, and the check-in process was very easy. The house is about 12 minute drive to the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach. Dog friendly area. We had a wonderful winter and we highly recommend this property. We will definitely come back and stay there again. Thank you Steve! ##### Hélène P. Quiet, safe residential neighborhood near beach, restaurants and city life. We enjoyed meeting the locals as we walked our pup. The house had everything we needed and the owner is very responsive. Great back patio to sit and have a meal or just coffee in the morning. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you may need. Lots of outlets! Loved that we could plug in anywhere we were in the home. A 15-minute drive to the beach. This house sits in the safe and quant neighborhood of Wilton Manor, which is just outside Fort Lauderdale. Close to grocery store (Publix), some great restaurants, and within a mile of two breweries, Funky Buddha and Holy Mackerel. First off, the owner is the most responsive and attentive property owner I have interacted with on VRBO. He was always one step ahead in making sure our needs were met and all questions answered. The property is within walking distance of so many restaurants and bars which made having a night out so easy. Beaches are within a 15 minute drive and shopping is plentiful. Steve was great, nothing short of amazing. He was responsive, cordial and sincere. He took all the worries away by taking care of everything and anticipating all needs, it was a well stock home.
