There are 7 spacious rooms within the home with each offering comfortable beds topped in quality linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Each room has enough space to unpack and feel privacy during your stay. We uphold the highest standards in having our property cleaned by professional cleaning companies. We were always focused on spotless and clean, and in current times we increased this feature exponentially. Without a doubt, this place makes for a real "revival" for those in need of one. We are sure you will enjoy this home.

Our bedroom 1 (one king-sized bed) and bedroom 2 (two full-sized beds) have a full bathroom located in the hallway by it.
Bedroom 3( two queen-sized beds) has an ensuite.
Bedroom 4 (two queen-sized beds) has an en-suite bathroom, which you would use for bedroom 5 (one king-sized bed).
Bedroom 6 (two king-sized beds) is the master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi.
An additional full bathroom is in the hallway.

★ PARKING ★
You won’t need to carry or wheel any of your bags or belongings far when you stay here. That’s because there’s space for 6 small to mid-size vehicles right at the front of the house reserved for your use. Please note the street parking is prohibited.

★ WORKSPACE ★
As we have a desk and superfast internet, we can simulate your "home office" too; if you really need to get that work done. This spacious, ideally located property offers a stay beyond your imagination. Facilitating several places to relax and seclude yourself. The quiet surroundings will easily make for a relaxing stay. We love to go that extra mile, so you feel like you are at home.

Guest Access:
★ HEATED SWIMMING POOL ★

Our pool is private and you get full access to it. We also offer the heated option for an additional fee. Regular pool water temperature is usually comfortable all year long, anyway if you prefer it warmer or traveling with kids, we recommend requesting it in advance.
During winter months it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (86 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that it might take longer if the air temperature is lower than 65. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible.
We charge 60$/night for the whole stay to cover extra electricity expenses.
We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it, and we are trying to keep our properties affordable for everyone.

★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ★

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am. You will be provided with an access code that activates at your arrival. Early Check-In or Late Check-out are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance. We charge a flat fee of $80 per hour, if you need to get more than 2 hours, reach out for a custom quote.
Baggage drop-off is available by request and depends on availability.

Guests have private access to the entire home, landscaped yard, and deck as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for 6 CARS - NO STREET PARKING AT ANY TIME, complimentary coffee, and access to a washing machine and dryer.

Pool Service is scheduled Semi-weekly, usually on Monday and Thursday. It might change due to weather conditions.
Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks.
Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay.

Getting Around:
There are some Ubers/Lyfts available but be aware of busy time surcharges. You can always utilize local taxi services as well. If you plan to explore a lot of South Florida it may help to have a car available, whether that be your own or a rental. Our property has plenty of room for parking.
