Within the first 24 hours, we saw multiple roaches, including dying ones, which clearly pointed to an active infestation. The host said pest control would come, but no one ever showed up. We felt uncomfortable and concerned for our health, so we made the decision to leave early. What should have been a celebratory weekend turned into a stressful one. To make matters worse, we were only refunded about 10 percent of what we paid, which doesn’t come close to reflecting how unacceptable the conditions were. ##### Liz J.
