We had a great stay. The condo was exactly like described. Newly renovated, clean, modern, well equipped. The biggest plus was that there was a washer/dryer in the unit since most units in this building do not. Chris, the owner, was very responsive to any questions and was really on top of things. This building is in a GREAT location. Very walkable to all the best spots on Ft Lauderdale Beach. This unit has an ocean view which was great. The pool and the sundeck looks over the intracoastal and the sunsets over the Ft Lauderdale skyline. The best of both worlds. Another nice thing was that the other owners were very nice to us "renters". That is not always the case in other rentals. We would definitely recommend this unit.
