(no laundry detergent) Please be considerate to neighbors and lower noise under 75 decibels after 9PM If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us. You may be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules. Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves. \* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, per your request, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours. If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please roll the garbage container to the front road as provided on the instructions and roll back after pick up. Thank you! We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM or $130 for 2 PM checkout. \*Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.
