The kitchen is a well stocked and has a reasonably modern kitchen with updated appliances. There is both a sit at counter and a separate dining area. What we found to be a unique and wonderful plus is a screened in area with dining table and chairs, and access from the master bedroom and the dining area. It was a delightful space to have breakfast and lunch with protection from both sun and mosquitos. Other outdoor areas are also lovely with available shade, but the screened area is unique among the properties we looked at and one of us is a mosquito magnet. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The only reason I rated it only 4 stars in the location category is that we are avid golfers and and birdwatchers, and many of the places we were interested in visiting for these activities were a bit to the north (not so much for those activities in the immediate vicinity of Wilton Manor). But if you want to be in Wilton Manor, this property is a 5 star. It feels very private in spite of being located on a corner property. Check-in was very easy with clear instructions from the owner, who was very responsive to the one or two minor issues that arose during our 2 week stay. We would definitely consider another stay at here in the future. ##### LAURA M.
