Great Neighborhood

The house is in a great location, close to beach and stores. The backyard is wonderful. There was ample space for my family. Would have been better with larger bathrooms.

It’s was exactly as pictured. However, it said the one room had 2 king beds in it, and that was not the case. It was a good amount of space for 4 adults and 2 children. It was a very nice place. Would stay here again.

Just right for our family

What a fantastic location! This home is exactly as pictured. The fenced in yard was great, in a quiet neighborhood that is easily walkable to Publix grocery store. Comfy beds, a washer and dryer, cold A/C, everything that you need for an adventure in sunny Florida! We ran hard all day long and crashed in comfort .

Would give 6 stars if I could

We had an amazing time during our trip! The house was clean and organized, it had all we needed. Allen was really responsive and kind. It’s super well located too, all main grocery stores within 6 minutes driving, lots of restaurants and bars around and only a 20 minutes walk to the beach. If I come back to Deerfield beach I’ll most definitely stay at Allen’s place again!

Cozy House, Quiet Neighborhood

The instructions were very clear, and we arrived at the property, and the property was clean and well-maintained. all the rooms were clean and neat and had plenty of room for me and my family. It was a great location close enough to the beach. We did have a slight ant problem in the room with the bunkbeds, and the toilet in the hallway, made noise almost constantly but other than that everything was great.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for us. We were about 1 mile from the beach which was awesome - I jogged to the beach from the house. I had mentioned my daughter was graduating from college and they left a cute gift for her. That was really sweet! We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Nice and comfortable!

The house is really spacious and well furnished. It has all you need. Very comfortable! The check in process was easy, and all the appliances worked well. We also liked the location, close to the stores and the beach. Only minus point: everything was covered by a dust layer (as if the house had been cleaned a month ago). Not a big deal, but still. Other than that, very happy with the house.

Comfortable and attractive property in a great location

We greatly enjoyed this comfortable house, which had everything we needed and was near the beach, shopping and dining. We loved the pretty, peaceful neighborhood, great for taking evening walks.
