I was shocked, embarrassed, and concerned to find strangers inside the unit I had reserved weeks in advance.The replacement property was just as bad. All the water had a urine-colored tint, visible in the sinks. The shower had no door, and water flooded the bathroom floor with no proper drainage. Sinks drained slowly and backed up, making cleanup impossible.Wi-Fi didn’t work upon arrival, delaying important online tasks.
