This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car. ➤ The property is equipped with air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs. ➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you. You may be asked to leave with no refund. 4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed. 5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests. 6\. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $50 charge per each additional half hour stayed. 7\. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building. 8\. If the requested registration information is not received by at least 48 hours prior to check in and for last minute bookings hassle free check in cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be given for check in issues. 9\. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved. Thank you for your respectful cooperation in maintaining our home!
