The perfect classical home for your vacation. This property is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in south Florida and is a guest favorite for everyone. With 50 feet of dock, you can enjoy a beautiful ocean access canal or bring a boat! Located only 5-10 from the beach, and just a walk outback for inlet access. The property: The Dock House sleeps 12 total guests: 8 adults and up to 4 children under the age 12. The property layout is the following: Upstairs: Master - 1 king bed & 1 queen sofa-couch Downstairs Bedroom #2 - 1 queen beds & ensuite bathroom Bedroom #3 - 1 queen bed Bedroom #4 - 1 full bed Bedroom unofficial - 1 full bed Den with 2 queen sofa-couches Centrally located living room with a pool table!
