This private villa, just steps from the sand, features two 1-bedroom, 1-bath units with full kitchens and living rooms—perfect for families seeking privacy. Enjoy ocean views by the fireplace, explore the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, or relax in the renovated home with a lush courtyard, grill, and complimentary coffee. Bikes are available for a ride to Margaritaville, and the beach is just steps away! Ideal for short or long stays.  
  
One building with a common entrance/entry-way, and two separate apartments in that building.  
  
Our location is ideal, situated on the residential end of the beach and boardwalk for peace and quiet. For more action or nightlife, take a short stroll north to discover bars, breweries, restaurants, volleyball courts, and even a surf simulator at Margaritaville. If fine dining is your style, Sardelli's is just three blocks away in a charming three-level villa offering exquisite pasta and wines from around the world. Everything you need for a memorable stay is within easy reach!  
  
Enjoy two provided bikes for leisure, with rental bikes just a 2-minute walk south on the boardwalk for larger groups. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coffee, tea, and basic toiletries for your convenience. Please note, parking includes one shared spot on a first-come, first-serve basis with the other unit on the property. Otherwise, street parking is available directly next to and around your unit.

Everything was perfect, I loved it, the only bad thing is that parking is not included, you have to pay for it separately from the rent, but the house and the location are super good, I highly recommend it, thank you 🙂

Casa Roselle was in the perfect location for beach and boardwalk. We loved that we could stay together with our friends but still have our own space. One downfall was parking. Very limited on street parking that was extremely expensive.
