THE BACKYARD — a heated pool surrounded by lush landscaping, sun loungers and a shaded lounge area, a big outdoor dining table by the pool, a BBQ grill for cookouts, and a lawn with cornhole games — all fully fenced for privacy.

THE SUNROOM — a round dining table for 6 and a hanging hammock chair overlooking the pool.

LIVING & KITCHEN — an open-concept living room with a large sectional sofa, a big TV and a record player; a fully equipped kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee station (kettle, Chemex and French press).
