The AT&T modem is right next to the desk and has an advertised speed 1 Gbps up and down (actual speed is 600-800 Mbps, but that's still amazingly fast).There is plenty of parking, and spots are not assigned. The laundry room is shared by eight units, and the machines are coin operated.I live in Europe so all non-emergency communication needs to go through Airbnb's messaging system. You'll get the key in a lockbox. My property manager lives less than a mile away in case of emergencies.This is a 100% residential neighborhood. It had the basic items needed for a short stay and a big plus was beach gear and towels! The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. Check in was easy, easy, easy. Lastly, the location is close to everything you may want to do in the area. Another plus is it is walking distance to a grocery store. My friend and I stayed here for four nights on a last minute booking after another property canceled on us. The owner was very responsive (despite living in Europe) and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, the appliances were all new (including an air fryer!), and there was ample parking out front.
