Enjoy this beautiful and spacious beach condo with one of the best locations on Fort Lauderdale Beach! Almost everything you want or need is within a close proximity. Condo Amenities include: hair dryer, ironing board, room safe, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and telephone. Also included is free WiFi, HBO, internet kiosk, complimentary coffee, complimentary concierge service, onsite maintenance staff, laundry facility, and a 24-hour reception desk.  
  
Enjoy many resort-style amenities including a nicely equipped fitness center, a day spa, 2 saunas, outdoor pool (heated during winter), large Jacuzzi, sun deck, poolside bar, onsite restaurant, an ice machine to load up your cooler for the beach, and a laundry facility. Towels are provided and you may exchange them for clean ones at no extra charge. Parking onsite is complimentary.  
  
The Jacuzzi is currently closed for maintenance.

A beautiful, spacious, and clean two bedroom, two bathroom condo with one of the best locations on Fort Lauderdale Beach! Almost everything you want and need is within a close walking distance including restaurants, grocery store, shopping mall, water taxi, bars/lounges, 24 hour convenience store and more. You will also enjoy the many complimentary amenities and services that the condo has to offer.  
  
Condo Description:  
The large two bedroom condo rental sleeps up to eight guests. There are a total of four beds (a king size bed in each bedroom plus a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed in the living room) The kitchen is well-appointed with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The dining room seats six people comfortably. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed (shown in pictures). The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and a TV. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a TV. The condo features a balcony with a patio table and two chairs.  
  
Stays may be subject to a resort fee of $75 (subject to change) due at check-in. (This fee is one-time per week stay, not a nightly fee).  
  
The condo will be stocked with:

Units are assigned in 7 night increments. Multiple weeks can be selected, but a room move may be required.

You will also be provided with a complimentary towel exchange in the housekeeping office. You can bring down your old towels in exchange for new towels.  
  
Laundry Facility is located on property, it is coin operated for a fee.  
  
Parking is limited, during busy season it may be limited to 1 vehicle on a first come first serve basis.  
  
We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.

The building itself is outdated but that doesn’t affect the location and stay! This is our second time in the building and we would definitely stay again if we happen to come to the area. We love that it’s only a block off the Ocean and anything we need is between the beach and the condo! Souvenirs, groceries, tattoos, clothing shops and plenty of restaurants. We love the location!! The pool and other amenities are great as well.

#### A fine view of sunrise

This was a pleasant stay and very convenient for everything needed. Beware the location to A1A and Sunrise Avenue can be noisy with obnoxiously loud vehicles. They do settle down later in the evening. Just a mile south is the nightlife of many eating places and music. Otherwise, we were overall pleased with our stay! Kindly, Daral
