The deadlock of the appt. door is so corroded tat i had to oil it with soap so it would work.The bathroom sink is clogged aod the towell support felt constantly. The location can't be beat. Great views of the beach/ocean and it is directly on the Broadwalk. You don't need a car--everything is within walking distance. If you would like to go into the town of Hollywood there is a shuttle called Ride Circuit ($2) Just download the app and you are in business. Everything was as described. The bed was so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked. This condo has 2 of my favorite things--a Keurig coffeemaker and a pedestal fan available for the bedroom. The sunrise view out of our living room window every morning was spectacular. I did not use the pool, but that area was very clean. The outside of the building was very well maintained and clean. The building is inside a tall locked gate. Would not hesitate to book this condo again. We had such a good time here. My husband and I stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Condo is newly renovated and very clean, confortable bed and unbeatable location! View of the beach and pool from the front window. Our only concern was the parking space was difficult to find and a bit of a walk to the condo. Everything inside was very nice, but it would have been even better with an icemaker. This was the perfect place for our vacation. The condo was very clean & comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Even a couple beach chairs and a small cooler for us to use. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute walk in either direction. Locals were very friendly as well. Rented a car but only used it to get groceries and to/from the airport. Didn’t have any issues while we were there. I definitely recommend! The only thing I’d recommend to the owner is to put a rug at the entrance and provide a broom & dustpan for the sand. ##### Chris H.
