✔ Please note that there is only one designated area for trash disposal in our building. All trash must be taken to the dumpster area located on the first floor, outside of the building. Leaving trash in hallways or other areas will incur a $150 fee. We kindly ask that you dispose of your trash properly to help us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

If I could give this zero stars, I would. RENTER BEWARE!!!! this place shows beautiful rooms and then gives you ones that don’t look anything like the photos. We had molding missing, dirty floors, a freezer that didn’t work, patchy internet, water that trickled from the faucets and shower. We lost water completely at one point and were told it would be back in 25 mins and it took four HOURS to come back. We were given two pool towels for six guests. The host kept responding that they were sorry for the issues but did nothing to fix them until days later. They eventually offered us a couple nights free voucher to compensate for the terrible stay but I would NEVER stay there again, even for free. Avoid this place at all costs.
