Amazing unit in Hollywood Beach Resort & beach access

Fully-equipped kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances, European-style cabinetry, modern-style designer fixtures, and faucets. Modern living with balcony and dining room with dining table. Den with sofa bed and Living with sofa bed.
Comfortable bathroom, European-style cabinetry, modern-style designer fixtures and faucets, stand-alone shower, and hairdryer. Oceanfront location is just steps to the Hollywood Boardwalk. This unique place has a style all its own. Rooftop Pool and Bar. 6 guests.

Additional Fees:

Registration fee: $50 (one time only) plus tax.
Resort Fee $35 per day per unit plus tax.
Access to all amenities, Rooftop Pool, Lounge chair, towels, Gym and beach service.
Valet Parking $40 a Day plus tax
Or public parking per week $22

Refreshing of Linen & Towels will be done automatically on the 5th day of the guests’ stay. Requests for additional room supplies will not be provided except on the 5th day of the guest’s stay.

Great property but beware of resort fees

We were not made aware of the registration fees, resort fees, and parking fees until two days before our trip. We racked up an additional $640 (cdn) for a week's stay, atop our VRBO rental fees. It was an unpleasant surprise.

Great property and location !

The unit was as described. It is a great location because it is between Ocean Drive and the boardwalk. Everything about the property was as described. Nice balcony space Inside was very roomy Valet parking is really the only option. Public parking would require going to a ramp many blocks away. My only comment would be to be aware of the fees. It was a $50 one time resort fee, $40 per day for valet parking, and $35 per day resort fee. Add tax to that and it really adds up for a week Again everything was great and the valet parkers are very responsive and quick. They even have a bell hop if you want to help with your luggage

We love Hollywood Beach!

Great location! The rooftop pool is the spot to be and if not the broadwalk is just a couple of minutes down the sidewalk. Perfect location to just park your car and walk for the remainder of your trip!
