Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa. Getting Around: ● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach. ● From Miami International Airport (MIA): Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA. In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport. Other Things to Note: ●Registration fee: $50 (one time only). ●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). ●Pack and Play Crib available upon request. ●We are a pet-friendly property. My friend and I were fortunate to come across this property after our prior VRBO host cancelled on us 3-days before we were schedule to leave for our trip! We were thrilled with this space, the pool, and the close proximity to the beach and the Hollywood Broadwalk. We did our homework before we left and learned that the front desk has little to do with providing service to individual units (so don't expect the front desk to handle any of your extra requests; they give you your key card and take $ for the daily resort fee but that's it). Stay Sol (the owning group) was super responsive when our blinds and washer/dryer didn't work when we first arrived. Bring your own beach towels since those are not provided with the resort. Rooftop pool is amazing! The poolside bar/grill wasn't open when we were there but are looking forward to checking it out when we return! P.S. our unit happened to be wheelchair accessible, so if you have accessibility needs, make sure you email Stay Sol to confirm you are getting the right unit! Stay Sol seemed to be really on top of their bookings. Many people in the check-in lobby seemed to be having trouble checking in but not us! ##### Lisa J.
