This property is in a perfect, quiet location steps away from the beach and broadwalk. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed to get our vacation started. This place is very clean and nice. There is everything you could need or want. We didn't have children but every consideration is there for them. Apartment was nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Olga had great communication the whole time we stayed. Location to the beach and Boardwalk were excellent. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and toys were an added bonus. Looking forward to a return visit some day! ##### James C. The location is right on the beach and everything was clean and neat. The beds sleep wonderful!! We had a minor hiccup with the AC unit upon arrival, but Olga was very communicative and the issue was resolved quickly. We will definitely stay here again. You can walk everywhere and I felt safe and secure there. Perfect set up for multi family vacation and plenty of space to gather! ##### Candace M. The three bedrooms were perfect accommodations for myself and two friends. We were only steps from the boardwalk/beach and it was just a short drive to get to Gulfstream Park. One has sun during the day and the other is shaded. They are especially nice to use when it is not perfect beach weather. We wanted to be close to the beach while also close to the festivities & our local family. This place was perfect! The location is at the quieter part of the boardwalk & next to a beautiful stretch of the beach. It was also walking distance for our kids to enjoy evenings out. The home was very well appreciated especially the kitchen as well as beach chairs & a wagon. All we needed were groceries to feel at home! We would stay again. ##### Rise S. Host was very responsive. Anytime I communicated with her she was on the spot with the answer. We are not needy travelers. Thought the place was well maintained and clean. My crew loved the comfort of this home. Although the beach is right out the door, it’s away from the hustle and bustle of crowds. Everything you could possibly need is here. My preteen grandkids loved the second story and room to do their thing. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, three covered decks, new washer/dryer, our personal parking spot, and very clean and shiny. Just steps from the beach is awesome. Onsite parking a huge plus. The house was spotless on the inside. Could use a little bit of care on the outside. Only negative was the main entry door and programable lock. The door sticks and needs to be forced open. The old lock needs to be upgraded very old not illuminated or able to be personalized Great place you wont regret it. ##### James P. It needs some updates like fresh paint. Shower handle was broken in one bathroom. Keypad on main/entry door could use replacing. Getting in was fine but we were unable to reset the code as you cannot see the green light at all. I'm sure the salty air has worn it out over time. Literally just steps to beautiful Hollywood Beach and the 3 mile boardwalk. Olga was great to work with. Top notch communication. Quiet location if that’s what you’re looking for, too. My husband and I brought our 3 school-age grandchildren and there was plenty of room for them to spread out. The decks weren’t bad, but we didn’t have the warmest weather to really use them.
