LIVING AREA: \- Formal dining room seats up to 6 \- Oversized couch with a large TV. \- Dining bar with 3 stools KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave. BEDROOMS: (3) The Beach Central B sleeps 10 guests in comfortable beds. The 3, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's. \- Pac and Play and high chairs on site. \- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee. BATHROOMS: (2) All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available. INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout. GUEST ACCESS: \- Large front patio with BBQ, table and chairs and chaise lounges. \- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival. CLEANING: \- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. \- Starter dishwasher pods are provided \- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. The unit was clean and bright and provided beach chairs, towels and umbrella which was a big help. We had trouble accessing the unit on the first day and had to wait several hours to finally get a locksmith in to fix the lock, ValGal customer service was helpful although the wait was an issue with a toddler. If you want to stay 150 steps from the beach, this is the unit for you. ##### Andrea M. The property was at a very close proximity to boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed our time at beach sunrise to sunset. It’s close to the action but also far enough between to relax and rest. As far as the property, it needs extensive maintenance, the air didn’t cool enough until the overnight hours, and even then there is a mechanism that makes a noise loud enough to wake you. It happens over and over again. By the 5th night I was use to it. The managing company sent over a fan, it helped but, three noisy fans can get to you after a while. Still it cooled just a bit. The furniture needs updating, the kitchen stools drop when you sit, one of the couches has a sink hole, you kinda get swallowed by it. The beds are hard and pillows are terrible. We got some bites on our body, not sure from what. The company said it wasn’t bedbugs, it was water bugs ? Whatever the bug, it was still a bug. Potty they haven’t kept it up, it has so much potential. They need to do a deep cleaning and give it the TLC it deserves. If the property was mine, I’d keep it up. It has great location, it’s spacious and very comfortable to be in with a family of 5 and a small dog. I hope it gets the love it deserves. If it did get all the boxes checked on the to do list, without a doubt I’d go back. ##### Yasmin D.
