Lovely neighborhood, great pool, two very large master bedrooms along w two more normal sized bedrooms. Check in and communication easy, the team was quick to respond to any texts. The house itself is in good condition and mostly matched the VRBO photos. Inside, there’s plenty of space: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large living/dining area.The main issue was cleanliness. We found personal items left in and under the couch, and several areas were not well cleaned. While these were small things, they still affected the experience.The biggest disappointment was the outdoor area, which didn’t match the listing photos. The pool was dirty with no cleaning equipment provided, and the pool chairs were so filthy they couldn’t be used. The outdoor fireplace was out of service and dirty, the ping-pong table had paint blisters making it unusable, and the kids’ playground was in poor condition. We reported the issues, but the host chose not to address them.Overall: Interior — good and spacious; Amenities — present but poorly maintained; Host responsiveness — needs improvement. This home is beyond stunning and is even better than the pictures depict. My friends and I stayed here for 8 days and had the time of our lives!! The amenities are modern and plentiful - washer, dryer, iron, coffee maker, espresso machine, towels, badminton, ping pong, books, board games - you name it!
