It is about 3/4 down the broadwalk to a little store, nightclub and bike rental shop and a little over a mile to get to Margarittaville-and the bandstand. This apartment is on the quiet end of the broadwalk, for sure. My hubby and I didn't mind the walk. You can not really see the water from the apartment, and there is no outside seating, for this apartment on the broadwalk side of the building. There is a nice, side area to sit in, but it is enclosed and has only the view of the back of the building. The inside space was clean and nice. Enough space for my husband and I, but would be tight with anymore people. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics we needed for small meals. It was great having beach towels available. There were also "camp" style chairs to take to the beach. There were 2 beach style chairs, but both were broken. The beach blanket that was in the closet, was nice to have in the sand also. ##### Angie M.
