★NOTE: It's important to understand that the condo you're renting and the building's association are separate entities. Think of it like this: you're renting an apartment within a building, and the building itself has its own rules and fees.

★We want to clarify that the AMENITIES availability is managed by the building's , not by our individual rental condo . While we strive to ensure accurate listings, unforeseen maintenance issues with shared amenities and the common areas of the entire property, such as the pools, gyms, and other resort-style features can occur beyond our immediate control.


★PET FEE :$60 per PET /per STAY (To clarify, the $60 fee is an extra cleaning fee for the pet not for the service animal. As per the ADA, we do not charge any fees for a service animal.)

For guests with Infants additional accommodation for Booster Chair and Portable Pack N Play is available.
