Very convenient airport and free cruise port drop off. Good breakfast, nice property. Shuttle drivers and desk staff and kitchen staff were friendly. There was some very strong perfume smell (whole time)coming from little gift shop or lobby. Lady in gift shop was more interested in her phonecall than helping a guest. There is nothing in the area, but that was ok, only needed for a quick overnight stop. Cute property made up for it.

Decided to switch from Best Western to Rodeway after reading negative reviews, especially about the BW shuttle. We were very happy with Rodeway - clean and comfortable room and professional staff. The restaurant was pretty good with really nice wait staff. And the best part was the shuttle - Antoine was there so fast, he was waiting for us! And the shuttle to the cruise port was FREE - unlike BW which was $15pp - and the driver (forgot his name) was great. Definitely would recommend Rodeway Inn & Suites.

The room had been recently remodeled but the bathroom arangment seemed awkward. The bed was comfortable and they offered transportation to the cruise dock.

Transport from airport and to cruise ship was great. decent price point and free breakfast. Older building with a few quirks , they call the second floor #3 and our room numbers were a little hard to decipher . Room was OK , clean but basic.

Long line for check in. Front desk staff rude and unhelpful. refused to print guest portfolio. would not address 100 dollar deposit to expedia. Place reeks of air freshener with tobacco smells mingled in. Room dingy and property unkemped

Really liked the layout of the property, very friendly. Also liked the entertainment/bar. Transport to the cruise ship and from airport was great. The person directing us on the right bus was also entertaining. Will definitely be staying there again.

My stay was short but good. The only issue i had was the mattress and pillows being uncomfortable and hard. Everything else was fine...my transport to the airport was on time, the complimentary breakfast was okay, the overall view of the property was lovely. Lots of trees and flowers and also props for pictures.

Courteous & helpful staff. Stayed the night before a cruise. They provided transportation from the airport, to the cruise the next day & took us to the airport after the cruise. All very convenient. Property was very clean & well maintained.

The location was tricky; miss the entrance and you get sucked onto I-95. With 3 people visible in the office, only 1 was at the desk trying to do everything including answering phones while guests had to wait 20 minutes or more to register. The facility would let you in the room early - for an extra $50.00. Worst of all, 3 banging noises in the night were not bed movements but turned out to be from gunshots (requiring police inquiry the next morning).

Affordable with free shuttle services offered. Very friendly staff. It's a great place for a quick turnaround before heading to the cruise port or the airport. Maybe not for a long stay. The tile floor was dirty enough to turn my feet black after showering.

The hotel exterior looks bland but the room I had was surprisingly nice. Updated and rather large. Shower door would not stay closed and the shampoo was empty but still a nice room. Unless you want to eat at hotel seedy bar, nothing else around. Best port shuttle service I ever dealt with. Organized, clear legible instructions and the supervisor was attentive and pleasant.

We arrived a couple hours early due to the flight we had and transportation. They wouldn’t let us check in yet unless we paid an extra $30. We declined that offer and went to the bar/grill attached to the hotel. We sat around the pool area to wait, which was fine. Then we went back to the lobby about 20 minutes before check in time, and they still wouldn’t let us unless we paid an extra $20 this time. So we declined and sat in chairs in lobby facing the reception desk. The two staff ladies were just sitting there doing nothing but wouldn’t check us in, and we were sure the rooms were ready. We finally stepped up to the desk about two minutes till time and they checked us in. The floor in the room was extremely dirty. The only good thing was the garden area and pool, and the best thing was the complimentary shuttle service to the port. We also didn’t like the $100 add on fee that is supposed to be taken off after they check rooms to make sure we didn’t tear up anything.

It was sufficient for our needs. We just needed a place to sleep after getting into the airport late. Comfortable bed with shuttle service and small breakfast in the morning. It was great for the price.
