"Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a noise issue with a broken AC/heat unit and had to move in the middle of the night because we couldn't sleep, but they were helpful. Tried to call desk, but phone was missing the cord and didn't work. Breakfast was lacking options. I wished they had more items and fresh items (fewer packaged items), but it was fine for a day. Convenient to Hersheypark which is what we needed it for. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Good enough for the price."

It felt like a hollowed out apartment at times where you could hear the people in the rooms next door and up stairs walking around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The linens/comforters should be washed more thoroughly. The property was all around clean and nice."
