"I like that the property was close to downtown. Check in was easy. When asked, I would tell people that the decor was eclectic and I felt drunk walking around the house. I understand the house is very old, but the differences in flooring and door thresholds were a little challenging for my 88 year old mother in law. I was really hoping she wouldn’t trip and fall. So overall it was an ok place to stay. Not necessarily for an older person with mild disabilities. This is a good place for small families or a couple. I appreciate that it was available and Stacy was always in communication. We even used the discounts she sent."

"We rented Suites 1, 2, and 3 for 4 families and had a lovely 4 night stay. We were able to eat together by sourcing an extra table and chairs, plus plates, silverware, etc. from the other units into one for our 14 eaters. We put everything back where it came from before check-out. The backyard was not nearly as nice as the impression given by photos, but it did provide a bit of outdoor space for children to ram around when we were all gathered at the houses. Extremely convenient to have 3 units right together, and yet with some separation of spaces for privacy for sleeping, bathrooms, etc. One of the units had an air conditioning failure, noticed one evening, so it was a hot night for that house. It was promptly repaired the next day. Very conveniently located near attractions, downtown, and shopping for Fort Collins. It was a quiet neighborhood. The living room floor/rug and fold-out bed could have been a bit cleaner, but kitchens, bathrooms and bedding were all clean. This was a nice and convenient place to stay."

"This is a stellar location in Fort Collins - quiet and safe but a short walk to everything you need or want in Old Town and beyond. Historic neighborhood, very pretty. Communication was a breeze and the unit had 2 split AC units keeping it nice and cool even in a heat wave. Easy recommendation if you want a taste of Fort Collins."
