HOT TUB Waterfront Estate on Prestigious Bay Beach

Crystal Bay Rentals - Our Newly Updated, Prestigious Waterfront Estate overlooks our sand beach on one of the nicest shorelines in Southern Ontario. 



This house is one of two properties on our rare 2-acre lot right on Bay Beach. The breathtaking lake views will help you forget your worries & truly disconnect. 



Some amenities include- high quality linens, comfortable mattresses, high speed internet, gas BBQ, paddle boards, & Chef's kitchen. We just added a brand new hot tub in December 2024. We are pet friendly! 



When you walk into our home, you will be put at ease. It's open concept, clean and inviting. We updated the entire interior in June 2023 and it is now the perfect getaway. We have two fireplaces. One in the living space, and another in the lower bar area. Cozy up with a glass of wine and read a book while taking in the view of the lake. We do have a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. Please inquire for further details on its availability. 



The driveway has parking for 4+ cars. You will have full, private access to the house. It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible. We are flexible on check in and out times. If you are looking for early check in or out, we will do what we can to accomodate us. Just ask ahead of time! There is a $50 fee. 



We are only a message or call away. If you need anything before, during or after your stay, we pride ourselves on being very accessible, as we live locally. 



Our Waterfront property has lovely neighbours who tend to keep to themselves. Many of them have lived here happily for many years and are very friendly. It is a very quiet area. We are tucked back toward the waterfront, far from the road. Enjoy your walks on the Beach, or cycling Erie road and the Friendship Trail. You can walk to almost everywhere, but biking and driving would be the fastest way to get around. We are minutes from the Friendship Trail, which is a long paved trail for walking, running, cycling, or rollerblading. Very close to the fun! Minutes from restaurants, shops & the beach! 



This home is a licensed short term rental and we look forward to hosting you and your family. Licence # STR-000154 No smoking inside the house. HST excluded in price. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old. We are happy to host your pet as well. Additional $75 fee for pets will be charged. Please contact for other inquiries. Guests renting unit 1 and unit 2 both have beach access.

Lovely home and a great location

Had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is clean, spacious and very well appointed. Lots of windows facing out onto Lake Erie, with fantastic views. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting and dining areas, and very comfortable beds...all made for a terrific getaway from the city.

Great stay by the lake

House is right on the lakeside with beach down a few steps. Very spacious with awesome views and everything you could need close by. Hot tub was a hit looking out over the lake and Crystal beach within walking distance with great cafes and restaurants. Easy access to Niagara Falls around 25 mins away. All in all a great stay by the lake !

We had the best time here even though the weather wasn’t great. This home has everything you could need and the property manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. The view was amazing - even in the rain. It’s a gorgeous home on a beautiful bucolic lot. There was a huge front lawn area for kids to play on and the home sits at the end of the lovely grassy drive. You really feel like you’re part of nature and truly on vacation in the peaceful rural surroundings. Very few neighbors and hardly anyone else around so it was nice and quiet. It was the perfect relaxing vacation!

A little bit of heaven!

Our party of 8 loved this home. The view out onto the Lake was fantastic, and it was difficult each day to leave to enjoy other parts of the area. Pleanty of room, great kitchen for a cook, and our dog enjoyed meeting the neighbors oup which was the same breed, just larger. Easy drive to the wineries, but quiet if thats the kind of day you wanted. Katie, the property manager, was great to deal with....very attentive!

Great choice

We stayed here for a week in September and it was lovely. Photos are accurate…it’s right on the beach and we enjoyed daily walks along the water. The bay is shallow so you can wade out quite a bit before it gets deeper. Lots of outdoor seating as well. The house was perfect for us. King bed in master was softer than we prefer so we slept in queen in room beside it. Was really helpful to have linens and basic paper products supplied. We’d definitely stay here again.

Cute place on the lake

We recently stayed at this property and really enjoyed our stay. It's a cute older house that has been nicely updated. The lower level has a great layout with a large open living/dining area surrounding the fireplace (which works!) in the middle, and a huge wall of windows looking out onto the lake that keeps the area feeling very light and open. The kitchen is excellent as well, with a great stove and all the cooking tools you might need. Upstairs are the bedrooms, two of which also look out onto the lake.Unfortunately, since we were there during a particularly cold, snowing period in the winter, we didn't get to take advantage of the outdoor space at all, and so can't comment on anything outdoors. However, the location directly on the lake would be great in warmer weather, and was still pretty while we were there. Additionally, despite the cold weather, the house remained quite warm and comfy inside with no noticeable drafts, so it really is a year-round property.The location is quite good, and might be walkable into the center of Crystal Beach on a nice day (albeit a somewhat long walk). There are quite a few good restaurants within a short drive.The property manager was great to work with, always responding quickly, and even went out of their way to provide us with fire starting materials for the fireplace.Overall, definitely recommend.

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay. The house was clean with plenty of room for our 4 kiddos to play and hang out comfortably. We lucked out with sunny weather the end of September and the kids loved swimming most days of our stay. Loved that there were some games to play at the house and some beach toys included as well. Great Location

Loved our experience here! Had a family vacation planned to Niagara Falls and stayed at this home for 3 days which was the best part of our trip. The walks on the beach and relaxing in the hot tub was incredible. We cooked dinner and breakfast in the large kitchen which was stocked with everything we needed for pans,utinsils and even a few things we forgot to bring like tin foil. Very impressed! And the owners were very responsive!

Lovely staycation

We had a lovely time staying at this property. The pictures accurately describe the property. Unfortunately some construction workers ruined our last morning there, but I believe they arrived earlier than the owner requested. The only feedback I’d give is that it be nice to have blinds on the main floor to provide more privacy. However overall great property that I’ve already recommended to friends!

What a view!

The view is absolutely amazing at this house! The white sandy beach is nice and clean, and shallow….good for wading in and walking along the shore. The neighbours are super friendly and the location is wonderful…..close to the hub of crystal beach. The house is equipped with everything that you could need and the host/property manager is very helpful and gives quick responses if you have any questions.

Review of Property ID 2584277 Lake Erie Shore

Perfect location on a great stretch of fine sand beach between Crystal Beach and Buffalo Canoe Club, making it an excellent vantage for the July 1st and 4th fireworks. Great 70 foot sand beach on 78F Lake Erie with shallow sand bars providing a fun margin for safe children’s play. The pleasant beach walks stretched a mile east to Erie Rd Park and then a short walk to restaurants and stores in Crystal Beach or a half mile west to the Buffalo Canoe Club. The plentiful and easy-to-move plastic Adirondack chairs below the shade tree in the grassy private yard above the beach made hot afternoons pleasant. Some of these chairs had broken arms, and cushions would help. Rooms worked out well although perhaps indicate that all bedrooms are on the second floor. The main room, dining room and kitchen were well appointed, well furnished, and met our needs. The “games” room provided a separate area for kids or work. The master bedroom and full ensuite bath was very nice with a great view. The second front bedroom with a queen was large but very sparsely furnished for its size, with just a bed and chest of drawers, and so bedside tables, a bench, a chair and desk would have been convenient additions. The small back bedroom with a double/full bed and ensuite bath was an older-home classic. The simple room with two double beds met our needs. We were confused about one description that seemed to indicate a fifth bedroom with a futon - we didn’t need it but the description might be clarified. It's actually the back sitting room, which has a pull-out couch. The view from the front sitting room was great, although it’s set up for just two people. We spent most of our time outside so that’s just a quibble. The highest priority improvements relate to the outdoor furniture. The plastic Adirondack chairs were easy to move, comfortable and available in sufficient number but a couple of them were cracked and so they were prone to pinching smaller people and seemed precarious for bigger folks. The picnic table on the back patio by the barbecue had a seriously decayed top and should be replaced. It's a danfger to children, and essentially useless Although the repairs to the top of the masonry beach wall were incomplete, the missing cap slabs were mostly stacked out of our way. This repair work needs to be completed The mold on the house siding might be a special challenge but a wash here, and the outside would make the back patio more inviting.
