The outdoor deck was great.. quite large lots of chairs. The front porch was a good area for morning coffee and a gathering place during a rainy evening! Lots to do and see in the region! Location is great, walking to everything from the beach to bars and restaurants is easy. The cottage definitely needs some attention in some areas, including the beds and one bed frame that was ready to fall apart. \*\*\*beds are not as listed in VRBO, there is 1 double in two rooms and a twin and pull out in the other. There is a double size futon in the living room and that's it. \*\*\* The outdoor shower is falling apart and the floor is rotten, very dangerous. We cut back the vines and cleared the spiderwebs and debris to be able to use it after a day at the beach like the owner suggested and found it to be nearly unusable. With some updates and care this would be the perfect little beach cottage that it was in the photos and listing, but we won't be back until that happens. ##### Chris B.
