However, I was informed there would be construction from 9-5pm. I was ok with that because I’d be up by that time. And when I arrived to the hotel from travelling all day I didn’t want to change rooms. But on Friday morning I hear the construction just after 7am. It became so loud I had to leave the room. I was not pleased. Then I tried to order room service but my phone didn’t work. In this case the hotel did offer maintenance to check the phone. I declined, as I was leaving the next day. In addition, I had a studio room with a hot tub that was listed as a city view. When I opened the curtains my view was the side of a building and a partial glimpse of a pool. I had higher expectations from the Hilton. Doubtful I’d go there again.
