Not only was it spacious, but it’s beautifully decorated and full of the comforts of home. The hosts were very thoughtful in their choice of amenities. The mini-split air conditioners were excellent during the record setting heat, plus they have more of a soothing "white noise" sound than most HVAC systems. The cabin definitely had the "Ft Davis look which we like more than the "all motels look the same". We're not accustomed to the total technology reservation and check in system of VRBO as this was only our second time to use it. Comfortable beds, good air-conditioning and good shower which are the three main requirements for hot days in August! ##### dennis M. The property was as described and very comfortable. A broom would have been helpful to sweep up the tracked in dust from the yard. Another helpful thing would be either window shades or darker curtains. The sun shone in brightly through the kitchen and bedroom windows and I can see it raising the inside temperature in the summer due to that. The ac worked great and the house was very well supplied with the necessary items such as coffee, creamer and sugar as well as some basic cooking spices. Bed was very comfortable and the provided toiletries were nice. Very walkable to town. The lights from the nearby tennis court can be super bright if you’re trying to spend some time outside in the evening to enjoy the stars. ##### Tracy H. We spent 3 nights at the property and were very pleased with all the amenities that were available to us such as the kitchen and even down to the shampoo & conditioner available to us. If you want solitude and the quiet of West Texas this is the way to go. Beds were comfortable and air conditioner was much appreciated during our rather warm Christmas.
