It's a very cute little house in the greatest location! So close to all the cool places downtown. The owner is great, very responsive and very friendly. There was a spider or 2 in the bathroom/bathtub everyday along with I think I killed several earwigs and other spiders around house. Just recommend getting home sprayed. Also your neighbor tree that hangs in drive makes already small driveway smaller and harder to get in. I recommend getting that tree trimmed. Otherwise horse was perfect for my small family. My daughter and her husband live in Ft Collins but don't have a guest room. My 24 year old son was on leave from the Army for a week and we decided to drive up from Texas and see my daughter/his sister. The vrbo was located one block from their rent house and was within easy walking distance to Old Town as well as Martinez Park. And bonus: it has air conditioning!
