The two kitchens, front and back patio, and the location close to downtown and the campus made it a good fit. On the weekend the street is a little lively at night, but nothing to deter us from staying here again. Neighbors were very friendly and check in and check out was easy. One thing to note...don't bother to try and check in before 3:00\. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful and perfect for our family reunion. It had plenty of room and wonderful touches like soaps and paper products. We grilled out back and enjoyed evenings on the patio. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay near all the shops and restaurants. We stayed at the home with a group for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect location for all we had planned. Was within walking distance to downtown for our Friday evening outing and also great location to be able to get an Uber to bring us to Horsetooth the following day! This was a great place for families, but we had no idea there was 3 levels. Luckily the almost 2 year old was good at navigating stairs or else it could have been a disaster. The house is so nice and open and I really loved the two living rooms. Gave it more space for everyone to spread out and not be on top of one another.
