Candlewood Suites Fort Collins by IHG

Candlewood Suites Fort Collins by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"The staff were very kind, efficient and attentive. I checked in with my dog to the hotel and they put me in a ground floor room(love). The room had everything I needed and more(love). The room was very clean(love). I did notice the telephone in the room was in need of an upgrade or a deep clean. I also love pets are allowed at Candlewood, but would love to see a gated park at them. I always love the fact you can borrow things to cook with from the pantry. The lobby smelled very fresh and everything was clean. Bravo to the staff for keeping it great!"

"The facility was clean and well-maintained overall. When I first checked in, unfortunately, my assigned room had not been cleaned yet. I spoke with the front desk, and they were very accommodating and quickly switched me to a different room. The new room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated how quickly the staff resolved the issue. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was also very pet-friendly, which was a big plus. They had a nice outdoor pet area that made it convenient to take my dogs out during our stay."

"The room and restaurant were neat and staff were very polite. The coffee in the morning outside the elevator was great! The only one thing to improve was the cleanliness of the 2nd floor terrace and the outside paved area around the hotel main entrance. The terrace tables and floor were filthy on Saturday morning."

"The bed was comfortable & rooms very clean. They do have free hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits/gravy & sausage. Nice plus! The laminated flyer in our room mentioned a business center. When we asked the staff, they said they were able to print a paper for you from their desk Thats it. No computer use available (which was fine). We would stay here again, yes."
