Our experience was excellent, and I have to give a huge thanks to our host, Steve, who gave us some indispensable advice for hitting the Bear Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park before 7:00 AM, as I had goofed and missed making timed entry reservations. This was terrific advice, as the experience of seeing the sunrise over Bear Lake was unforgettable.
