Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. It is beautiful! I really can’t express how pretty the house was, both inside and outside. The neighbourhood is quiet and pretty. Being so nearer to the college, I didn’t expect it to be such a quiet neighbourhood. It’s close to downtown. There is a train that goes by and honked his horn at night, but I didn’t even notice that the first night I was there. The only reason I noticed it the second night was because I was having trouble sleeping. That would not deter us from going back and staying at the same house.We didn’t really need to be in contact with the hosts, so I can’t comment on that part. They were very clear with their instructions and the code to the house worked perfectly… unlike stories I’ve heard from people who have stayed in rental homes. ##### Donna J.
