These beds are solid as a rock. Hard to sleep. Also I hate hair and there was hair in the bathroom. Not a huge deal considering I clean and disinfect since the pandemic.
We have stayed at this motel before. It is one of the less expensive of the choices in Fort Collins and one of the best. The property is easy to get to and is right next door to a grocery store. The room has a small kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, dish washer and plates and utensils for cooking and eating. The Wi-Fi is fast and it has a good exercise room. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone staying in Fort Collins.

Overall my room was great and very quiet. My only complaint was the terrible smell in the hallway. It was bearable as it was a short distance to the stairwell and only the hallway on the floor my room was located had the horrible smell of moth balls/vomit. If it wasn’t for the smell I would have given a higher rating.
Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Located within walking distance of a grocery store. *Please note, there is no pool/hot tub on the property, nor is there “guest access” to a pool anywhere (despite what is advertised, and much to the dismay of my 8 year old).
I thought the staff was really good. The gentlemen on the 3rd shift was super nice and helpful.
The one thing that I did not like was the bed. It was a little too hard for me.
Our stay was really good, our room was ready when we checked in. I requested a third floor room and that’s what we got right in the center front of the building. We had a king size bed with a living room area. The room was clean and had everything we needed and they also came in once a cleaned the room. The staff was very friendly and got you anything that you needed.
My husband and I stayed Christmas Day and checked out the 26th. Although check in was easy and the front desk clerk was very nice when we got to our room we found that the TV didn't work so all we had were movies on a DVD player and the air didn't blow so we cracked the window but with the wind that got annoying. Wish our stay was a little bit more accommodating but for the price and the time we were there it was an ok stay. Might check the appliances before we bring bags into room next time first.
It was a nice area to stay. Beds just okay, but room space was nice- kitchen area very nice. We had room for us and another family member ( ours had terrible lingering cooking odor even though kitchen looked clean. But it was nice for price with good location and for that reason Od stay again.
There is a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The free laundry facility downstairs is so great, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The manager at this hotel Donna was a nightmare. She told other people at the hotel personal details about me and who I was staying with. I felt that my privacy was completed violated. She also had an attitude and made check in extremely difficult.
