### CSU Campus getaway Fort Collins

This is the lower of a duplex, located next to campus in downtown Fort Collins. Walk or bike to everything you need! The street is bustling and it is a very active fun neighborhood. Newly updated and reflects old town Fort Collins and a modern feel. This is the BOTTOM HALF of a duplex. It has an outdoor entrance with stairs to its own private unit and no spaces are shared with the guest upstairs. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom kitchen and Laundry. If there is anything you need during your stay please ask host and I will gladly bring anything you may be missing. PARKING- Please arrange with host if you would like a parking permit for street parking. There is additional parking behind the house which is free but will take a short walk around the block to get to front of house. Driveway and backyard is only for private use of guests in upper unit. Please do not use it. Fun and historic neighborhood in walking distance to CSU , shops and restaurants.
