The beds were all comfortable, and it was quiet for sleeping at night. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. We walked to a nearby fitness center and also to Old Town Fort Collins. I had not been back since I graduated high school in 2004\. We chose this VRBO because the closeness to old town. The house was amazing, plenty of space, a great kitchen (we love to cook), and a good vibe. Met some of the neighbors, walked to get coffe in the morning, and a great place to unwind after a long day. Good location and nice unit with beautiful 3rd floor balcony. Did get noise complaint pretty early in the evening (before 9 pm).
